1. Consideration of A#125-24: Hames Rd - Manor Restorations (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approve of the annexation and rezoning of parcels 15N18E 001 and 15N18E 003, located at 11500 Highway 92 and 304 Sunlight Drive (A#125-24). The proposed project requires approval of an annexation, rezoning of parcels 15N18E 001 and 003, a Condition Amendment to a previously-approved project (A#114-22), a Conditional Use Permit for townhomes, and several variances.
2. Consideration of Z#157-24: Smith Douglas Homes (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council denial of a Condition Amendment, Variance, Conditional Use Permit (CUP), and a Zone Map Amendment (Zone Change) that would allow for the development of a 32-unit single-family townhome subdivision off Highway 92 at Woodlands Parkway.
3. Consideration of V#208-24: 60 Linton St (Public Hearing & Vote)

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend City Council approval of one Variance to allow for multiple dwelling units in one building at 60 Linton Street, subject to the staff-recommended conditions of approval.
